The 3Com NBX IP On-the-Fly Site Llicense (3C10132) enables all local and remote 3Com NBX Phones and 3Com NBX Analog Line Cards to operate as "IP Phones" at Layer 3 on a per-call basis, with all LAN-based devices returning their IP addresses to the "pool" on the NCP after completing call.
