60 minutes of Remote NBX or VCX Technical Support Session. All our techs have at least 10 years of 3Com NBX and 3Com VCX experience or worked as a level 2 or above Tech at 3Com or HP providing 3Com NBX and 3Com VCX support. After the initial hour you will be billed at the rate of $125.00 for 30 minute during the same session. In more than 90% of cases the issue is resolved within a single 60 minute session.
